LLS started out by recognizing there was a need for customized trailers to better service different industries.

 

eg. The PCC (Precast Cargo Carrier) is the most innovative trailer system for the Precast Industry used for transporting precast panels. The 53' PCC is designed to haul precast panels in a true upright position. This newly designed carrier, with the Load Stabilizing Racks, allows you to haul panels up to 13' high and over 50' long. The PCC can also haul a combination of panels and each panel can be unloaded in any order. This is accomplished due to two unique design features of the PCC:

 

1. The Proprietary No Thru-Axle System has Six Independent Wheels with an Air Ride Suspension along with DOT approved ABS brakes. The low/wide center-load bay can accommodate 13' high panels.

 

 

2. The second unique feature of the PCC is that the load bay can easily be extended from 42' to 52', making the PCC 63' overall in length.

In summary, LLS is able to custom modify the standard PCC to suit our client's specifications. Also, conform to any state/province or country's regulations of length, width, height, GVW, etc. The standard Tri-Axle Six-Wheel PCC can be produced within 14-16 weeks. Multiple PCC orders saves on transportation costs because two units can be stacked and shipped at the same time.
